Basic version of the model that has been calibrated with data available from international databases. Where essential data is unavailable, simple interpolation and anchoring techniques are used. Calibration is not peer reviewed or vetted by government experts. Version suited for educational purposes or broad scenario exploration. Should not be used for research or policy analysis.
